Join our 2-hours Pizza Class to learn how to prepare pizza at home like a real Neapolitan and all the tips behind its preparation! This is a semi-private activity with a maximum of 10 participants, it takes place in an authentic Neapolitan pizzeria in the heart of Naples only a few steps from Maschio Angioino castle.
Be ready to make the pizza with our professional pizza chef. You will learn to follow a recipe when you measure, mix, knead and roll out your own dough. Gathered round a wooden table filled with tasty toppings, you will listen to stories while you prepare to be chefs. You’ll add delicious homemade sauce and the choice of toppings before putting it in the wooden oven and tasting your own pizza. The class includes starters, one drink (a glass of wine, beer or a soft drink), and your own pizza to finally taste your masterpiece!
Learn all the secrets from a real pizzaiuol’ (also known as pizza chef) from the dough to the proper wood-burning oven cooking experience. Enjoy this tour with passionate local hosts!
